DHL operating requirements and surcharges
First, DHL standard surcharges and related regulations
01. Fuel surcharge: Quote does not include fuel surcharge, monthly according to DHL official online announcement!
02. Remote surcharge: minimum charge RMB180/ticket/fuel based on RMB3.6/KG fuel; (if the address is remote, DHL can be verified according to zip code)
Notifications are valid at any time, based on DHL bills!
03. Tariff prepaid handling fee: according to RMB120.0/ticket calculation, at the same time I Division plus the handling fee per ticket RMB30.00 yuan;
(Destination tariffs, surcharges, more complex customs clearance fees, etc., which may be charged to the sender if they are changed to prepaid or customs advances are selected,)
Under normal circumstances we do not accept the sender to pay customs duties! If the recipient refuses to pay the tariff, the sender will have to pay the tariff unconditionally!      
 New "Change Address Surcharge": RMB100.00 per ticket;
The Corrected Address Surcharge applies to any shipment that is not delivered due to the following factors and will only be charged if the shipment is eventually delivered successfully:
a. Give incorrect or incomplete recipient address data at the time of receipt, such as the recipient's postal area, city, country, address content, etc
b. The recipient has moved away from the shipping label or the address indicated on the shipping slip, such as the recipient has been relocated, or the hotel guest has checked out at the time of delivery
c, the recipient has left the company indicated on the shipment label or consort and the company has refused to sign it
04. Overweight surcharge: cargo one-piece unilateral length of more than 120CM or single-piece billing weight of more than 70KG, subject to RMB250 / ticket fuel calculation!                                                                      New "Special Processing Shipment Surcharge": RMB250.00 per ticket, additional fuel surcharge, Special Handling Shipment Surcharge" will be charged for:

06. Eastern European countries generally have restrictions on the weight and size of goods, a single piece is generally not more than 30KG or 50KG, a single ticket can not exceed 250KG,

07. Angola: No more than 300KG per vote; Nigeria: no more than 70KG per ticket and unit and no textiles accepted; Tunisia: No more than 300KG per ticket

08. P.O.BOX addresses (P.O. Box addresses) are not accepted in the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Samoa, Singapore, Angola, Benin,
Egypt, Ghana, Republic of Guinea, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sudan, Syrian Republic,
United Arab States, Yemen, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal,
Spain, Switzerland, The United Kingdom, Canada, Potopol, the United States.
09. The following 17 countries no longer accept batteries (including built-in batteries) under any packaging terms: Azerbaijan, Brunei, Cambodia, Cyprus, Egypt,
Georgia, Gibraltar, Guam, Guernsey, British Jersey, Marshall Islands, Republic of Montenegro, Palau, South Africa, Niger, Tajikistan,

10. Original commercial invoices are required in Bulgaria, Lebanon, Mauritius, Qatar, Brunei, Chile, El Salvador, Poland

Angola, Turkey, Gabon, Cura?ao, Peru, Guatemala, Kuwait, Tanzania (tax numbers are d'e.
11. Parcel shipments to Belarus are only available in the capital,Minsk-MSQ, with zip code 220,000-220999, including the Minsk airport area
(POST 220054) there is no parcel service. In addition, there is no parcel delivery service in other cities in Belarus.
12. Shipping and delivery of all goods to parts of the Indian city of Allahabad were suspended.
The zip codes for the affected areas are: 211003, 211005, 211006, 211019 and 212404.
13. Packages sent to Algeria do not accept any form of tariff advance (tariff DDP).
14. Ukraine has only eight cities where private shipments can be imported: Kyiv Dnipropetrovsk, Simseropol DONETSK Odessa, Kharkiv,

Notes and compensation regulations

3. If the express is damaged or lost, the conseter must file a complaint with the destination within 48 hours after signing and receiving the complaint, which will be provided after the destination service provider receives the complaint
